I. Overview
Vacuum Cleaner Performance Test Bench

The vacuum cleaner performance test bench measures parameters such as voltage, current, input power, power factor, suction power, speed, flow rate, vacuum level, and efficiency. The air performance testing platform adopts a dual-mode control and testing system (one-drag-two), integrating European and American testing modes. (Both modes can be switched without affecting each other's test data.) Designed and manufactured according to the relevant standards of IEC60312 and IEC62885 for vacuum cleaner-specific testing equipment. Test data can be exported via USB. The test bench is widely applicable to vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing institutions for air performance testing of vacuum cleaners.
II. Main Functions:
1. Controlled by a servo motor

, automatically adjusts the inlet valve. The PLC

collects data during testing, including input voltage, current, speed, input power, power factor, frequency, output power, and vacuum level. Relevant test data can be exported via USB.
2. Based on the test data, generates curves for vacuum level, input power, suction power, efficiency, and airflow rate.
3. The equipment uses a 17-inch touchscreen computer display to show real-time electrical parameters, maximum/minimum airflow rate, vacuum level, input power, suction power, and efficiency. When the air duct is fully closed, it records and displays parameters such as maximum/minimum vacuum level and input power.
4. Test data can be stored and output as test reports and curves according to user requirements.
5. Pressure Equalization Box: Manufactured according to standards.
6. Temperature Compensation and Adjustment: Corrects for atmospheric pressure density as specified in IEC60312 section 5.2.8.4.
